Tick-Tock is the first and last transaction in each masterchain block on special system accounts. They can be associated with the system “clock”. The minimum number of transactions in each master block is 5 — two pairs of Tick-Tock and a normal transaction with validators reward. It turns out that in the absence of normal transactions in shard blocks, 80% of transactions on the network are Tick-Tock. The more transactions in shard blocks, the smaller the share of Tick-Tock.
